Understand the planning of your parking and allocation of spots with the help of the reservation list.
What does the reservation list entail?
The reservation list helps to understand the planning of a parking and the allocation of parking spots to users. The list shows:
- Upcoming and past reservations for visitors
- Upcoming and past reservations for access strategies booking & preferential
- Ongoing and terminated FCFS (First Come First Served) & OTFB (On the fly booking) sessions
- Sessions of the last 4 months can be found in the reservation list. If you wish to access older data and build reports, please refer to "Izix Insights".
- If a FCFS or OTFB session was not closed upon exiting the parking, the session will be automatically closed either after 48hours or once the user enters the parking again.
How to use the reservation list
The reservation list offers multiple filters. It is possible to filter for specific dates, access strategies or policies and group of spots. It is also possible to terminate ongoing FCFS or booking sessions (e.g. if a user did not close their session and the occupancy is not up to date blocking other users from entering). Ongoing preferential sessions cannot be terminated.
The reservation list also allows to create bookings for users and visitors, for more information on the different ways of booking parking spots, see the following articles:
