4. How to use Izix Insights?

a. Dashboard

The dashboard can be found via this link. Tenants and owners (rented vs site capacity usage) have access to a pre-defined set of data designed for them to optimise access control and manage capacity effectively. The data can be arranged by using the available filters:

• Timeframe: Select the desired period,
• Parking: Select the specific parking in case of access to multiple parkings,
• Group of spots: Select the desired group of parking spots,
• Data format: Choose between percentages for a proportional view or absolute numbers for exact values.

Four visualisation graphs are included in the dashboard:

• Graph 1 - Allocated capacity over time: Identify trends and patterns over time periods (average and peak usage),
• Graph 2 - Allocated capacity based on days of the week: Identify trends and patterns based on specific days of the week (average and peak demand),
• Graph 3 - Allocation per day of the week and time: Identify peak usage times and days,
• Graph 4 - Average capacity allocation per access strategy: Identify most/least used access strategies.

Each graph can be downloaded as CSV, XLXS or IMG format. It is also possible to share the entire dashboard as PDF or IMG via email.

b. BI report builder (spreadsheet builder)

For a fully customisable and personalised report option, use the BI report builder. You can select from four sets of data: 

• Leases: Report on youre owned and leased parkings
• Profiles: Report on all users of your organisation
• Reservations of my users: Report on reservation relevant data such as releases and cancellations
• Transactions: Report on any credit related transactions

Depending on the chosen dataset, you have access to a wide variety of filters, including but not limited to:

• Leases: Number of spots available, parking, owner/tenant organisation
• Profiles: Organisation name, profile ID, name, email
• Reservations: Creation date, cancellation date, releases, confirmed logs
• Transactions: Amount, payment method, creation date

Flexible data and format options allow you to create multiple views of the reports to serve different audiences and highlight relevant data. 

Once defined, the report can be exported or send via email. It is also possible to schedule a recurring sending of the report. E.g. Schedule a monthly report to your site manager to review the no-shows and identify unused capacity of your parking.
