Definition: An Access method is used to recognize the vehicle at the gate in order to perform access control.
Why should I know my access methods?
It is important for you to know what are all of your access methods. Because it may happen that one access method does not work when you are at the entrance or exit of the parking lot.
You can then easily use one of the other access methods. This way you are not blocked in front of the gate and of course afterwards you should always reach out to our support, so that we can identify and resolve the root cause.
What are all the access methods that Izix proposes

App (Remote) |
The authenticated users have access to an “Open” button in the mobile app that they can use to open the gate. |

ANPR (Plate) |
Some gates have a camera with an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system, that reads the plate of the car and opens the gate automatically. (If the license plate has been inserted correctly in your "Vehicle information". |

Keypad (Code)
|
Some gates have a keypad where you can enter your secret code to open the gate. This code contains 6 numbers and ends with an # |

URL |
For visitors only, they receive a link by email to be used with the mobile phone. It opens a web page similar to the mobile app with an “open gate” button. |

Where can I find my access methods?
1. Click at the right top on your name
2. Click then on "My accesses"
3. You will then see the access methods for each parking lot
Example : In this case I can see that there are 3 access methods activated for my access type. I see that code, license plate and remote are activated on this parking lot.
