How to prevent the 403 error message from showing up again?
1. Check permission & roles
Roles assigned to a profile can be visible on the settings page here
A 403 issue that happens to users is usually due to missing permission there.
A user should at least have the role "Simple user" assigned to him.
One of the Izix administrators in your company can see and change your role.

2. Logout / Login
Administrator : When you have updated a role and permission of a profile, a logout/login will always be required by the user, to refresh the permission.
User : You can always log out, for that you can click directly on this link an afterwards log in again.
3. Browser
If you are using Internet explorer or safari please try to use Google Chrome.
4. Clear cookies- On your computer, open Google Chrome
- At the top right, click "More"
- Click "More tools". Clear browsing data
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select "All time".
- Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
- Click Clear data.
