Edit a vehicle sharing group, to segment the bookings of the vehicles in your fleet in an optimal way.

Definition: Vehicle sharing groups are groups of vehicles belonging to an organization that can be used by its users.
Why modifying a group of shared vehicles?
There are two types of vehicles in Izix:
- Personal vehicles that users link to their own profile;
- Fleet vehicles belonging to the organization, divided into groups, that can be made bookable by the users of the organization to whom the authorization has been given.
As an administrator, you can define different groups of shared vehicles for which you have full management rights. These shared vehicle groups will allow you to segment the bookings of the vehicles in your fleet in an intelligent and optimal way for your users.
How to edit a vehicle sharing group?
1. In the left-hand menu, choose "Settings".
2. Select "Sharing Groups".
3. Click on "Edit" next to the group you want to modify.
4. After changing the name of the group, click on "Confirm".
When editing the information, you can only change the group name. If you want to delete a vehicle or transfer it to another group, you must edit the vehicle itself in the "Vehicle Fleet" section.
