Learn about SSO and how to log in.
Definition: Single sign-on (SSO) is an authentication method that enables users to securely authenticate with multiple applications and websites by using just one set of credentials. Izix offers this login method via Azure.
1. Web login (browser)
The SSO login requires a specific link linked to your organisation. Your Izix administrator should have provided you with a specific login link following the logic of either https://app.izix.eu/login/YOUR-COMPANY-NAME/sso/azure or https://app.izix.eu/login/YOUR-COMPANY-NAME.
Login screen 1 - Click on "Login with Windows" | Login screen 2 - Insert your Microsoft details |
You can proceed with your usual Microsoft login details and you will be connected to your Izix account.
2. App login
You do not yet have access to the app? Learn more about the app and how to download it here (iOS) or here (Android).
If you are using a third party app (=Izix app is integrated in another app) the steps remain the same. If you are experiencing issues logging in, please inform the support team that you are using a third party app.
The Izix app allows both SSO and non-SSO logins. If your organisation has SSO enabled, you must choose the corresponding login path. Otherwise, your credentials will be shown as "invalid".
