1. What is SSO?
SSO stands for Single Sign-On. It is an authentication process that allows a user to access multiple applications or systems with a single set of login credentials (like a username and password).
Once logged in, the user doesn't need to log in again for each service or application they use, as the authentication is shared across those services. This simplifies the login process, enhances security, and improves the user experience by reducing the number of times the user has to log in.
Izix supports both Single Sign-On (SSO) and traditional logins. If your organisation has SSO enabled, you must select the appropriate login option; otherwise, you will receive an "invalid credentials" message. Please note that you cannot log in using a custom password, nor can you reset your password through Izix. To determine if your organisation utilises SSO, please consult your administrator.
2. How to log in using SSO
You do not yet have access to the app? Learn more about the app and how to download it here (iOS) or here (Android).
If you are using a third party app (=Izix app is integrated in another app) the steps remain the same. If you are experiencing issues logging in, please inform the Izix Support Team that you are using a third party app.
