Can I get a refund of my Izix credits?

Whether or not credits can be refunded depends on your company's internal policies and type of refund request. Learn in which cases a refund can be applied by your administrator.

1. In what situations might a refund be considered?

Whether or not credits are refunded depends on your company's internal policies and type of refund request. Izix Support does not process refunds on your behalf. This can only be processed by the administrator of your account. Before contacting your administrator, please take your internal mobility and refund policy into account.

2. How can I request a refund?

a. Future reservations

For reservations that have not yet started, these reservations can be cancelled by you via the Izix application or via the Izix platform or by the adminsistrator of your parking. Refunds for unused credits from cancelled reservations are processed automatically, with the corresponding credits returned to your wallet.

b. Ongoing or past reservations

Ongoing reservations can only be terminated by the parking's administrator and any refund is subject to your parking's internal policy regarding cancellations and refunds. past reservations may also be refunded but only by your parking's administrator and in accordance with the parking's internal terms and conditions.

Refunds for ongoing or past reservations are handled on a case by case basis and cannot be processed by Izix support on behalf of the user (please speak to your parking administrator for more information on how your company handles refunds).

c. Not reservation related - Self-funded or API wallets

If you topped up your self-funded wallet, it is not possible to refund the topped up credits. An exception is made for users leaving the organisation and whose profiles will be removed from Izix. In this case, the user should reach out to the administrator who can contact Izix to process the refund. The planned date of removing the profile from Izix should be communicated.
