What is the parking management interface?

This is our specific interface with a dedicated focus for parking owners, managers and operators

Who does it concern ?

The Property Manager is able to do the onboarding and basic management of their tenant

Owners and Property Manager can be in charge and keep the relation with their tenants.

 

The Facility Manager has a first level of visibility on the day to day operations

The Facility Manager is in charge of the day to day operations of the building and the reception and security aspect of it. They often work for a specialized service provider (security company).
Their day to day includes: Answering the interphone of the parking, creating new badges for new people/tenants, handling visitors of tenants, doing security rounds

 

The Property Manager can make a first set of shared services available to the tenants

Owners want to provide new services (shared visitor accesses, electric chargers, etc.) on a pay per use basis to show the new trend to their tenants and therefore offer more value and a better ROI for their building.
