# Waarom moet ik de batterijbesparing uitzetten en hoe doe ik dat?

De Toogethr Cycles app heeft het GPS-signaal van jouw telefoon nodig om je fietsrit te registreren. Wanneer de batterijbesparing aan staat wordt het doorgeven van je GPS-signaal geblokkeerd/beperkt. Hierdoor kan het zijn dat je rit niet (goed) wordt geregistreerd en je minder of geen punten krijgt voor je rit. Daarom is het belangrijk om tijdens je rit de batterijbesparing uit te hebben staan.

**Hoe doe je dit**

**iPhone**

1. Ga naar **"Instellingen"** op je telefoon
2. Tik op **"Batterij"**
3. Zet het schuifje bij **"Energiebesparingsmodus"** uit

**Android**

1. Ga naar **"Instellingen"** op je telefoon
2. Tik op **"Batterij"
