When having a cost linked access, you will need credits to be able to make bookings. You can ask for more if needed.
This feature's availability depends on your subscription plan and role.
Definition: A credit is a fictitious unit of measurement that quantifies parking lot usage. A credit corresponds to one booking unit. The available amount of credits is displayed in users' wallet.
Why asking for additional credits?
These requests are exclusively reserved to users with cost-required access (booking (BOOK), first come first serve (FCFS) or on-the-fly booking (OTFB) types). If you are in this case, you have a wallet of credits (per period) allowing you to use the parking lot under specific conditions. The hourly cost depends on the configuration established by your organization (some hours of the week may be more expensive because they is more demand, others less or even free). The use of the parking lot leads to a decrease in the number of credits that is proportional to the planned time spent in the parking lot.
At some point, it is possible that your credit balance is empty and that you will still have to use your access to the parking lot. In this case, you have the possibility to send a request for additional credits to top it up. This request will be provided to your organization's administrator that must approve it in order for you to receive the requested amount.
