Export profiles' data to analyze parking lot usage data based on your needs.
This feature's availability depends on your subscription plan and role.
Why exporting profiles' data?
Anyone with access to Izix has a profile page, regardless of their role (administrator or simple user). The profile list gathers all profiles' information of your organization.
This information can be exported in a standard spreadsheet format. This data will enable you to analyze users' data in a way that is directly adapted to your own needs outside the Izix platform.
How to export profile's data ?
To export a file containing your organization's profile data, follow these steps:
1. Click on "Profiles" in the menu on the left side of your screen.
2. Click on "Select all search results"
3. Click on the "Export" button at the top right of the table listing the profiles related to your organization.
4. You will then receive an email with the download link of the created spreadsheet file.
Tip: You can select the profiles that you want to export before clicking on "Export" by filtering the list (e.g. search on a specific criteria, filter based on access, tag, etc.) on the very top of the profile list, and the "Select all search results" that have been filtered.
The export includes the following information
- First name
- Last Name
- Phone number
- License plate
- Profile Tags
