Why should I know my accesses?
It is important to know your avaialble accesses to understand how to access your parking. The Izix web interface allows you to find all relevant information related to your accesses in one spot.
Key criteria are:
- The access method will define how you can enter the parking (ANPR, app, code).
- Find all available access methods here.
- The access strategy will define the type of planning to gain access.
- Find all available access strategies here.
- The timetable will define the availability of a parking lot.
Unlike the web interface, the app does not have one central overview to find all your existing accesses. Depending on the access type and method, the interface will look differently. Take a look at this article to find out more.
Where can I find all information related to my accesses?
Log in to your account on https://business.bepark.eu/login.
1. Click on your name at the right top
2. Click on "My accesses"
3. You will then see the access methods for your existing accesses. The address of the parking will also be displayed here.
Examples :
1) BOOK - VIP ZONE:
In this case there are 3 access methods activated (App, code, ANPR). We can see the personal access code in green. We can also see that it is a booking access and that it is possible to book up to 30 days in advance. No credits are needed.
2) VIP - FIRST COME FIRST SERVE:
In this case there are 2 access methods activated (App, ANPR). We can see that it is a First Come First Served access, meaning it is not possible to book in advance. No credits are needed.
