1. Potential problems

You might encounter issues while using the app. For each type of issue, please check the relevant next step: 

  • Network failure: Retry; selections are preserved.
  • No/expired access rights: Contact your parking administrator.
  • Concurrent bookings: Another user may have booked the last spot; pick a new time.
  • Invalid time selection: App auto-adjusts to valid options.

2. Tips

  • Reservations cannot be edited; cancel and create a new one if changes are needed.
  • Offline creation isn’t supported; ensure you have internet.
  • Notifications: success/error feedback appears in-app immediately.
  • Check your organization selection and credit balance.

3. Notes for parkers

  • Reservations are bound by planning periods and time zone rules.
  • Most errors are self-resolvable; some might require admin intervention.
  • The system automatically prevents duplicates, overlaps, and conflicts, giving users confidence and reducing support tickets.
