How to modify an allowance policy?

Definition: An allowance policy is a parameter that allows an administrator to define the weekly, monthly or yearly parking allowance that the users of his organization will be able to benefit from. An allowance policy is an effective way to create parking quotas for users make sure the usage of parking is more fair.
Why working with allowance policies ?
The modification of an allowance policy is an important feature. It allows the platform administrator to update the parking policy defined in his organization according to its needs and the performed analysis.
For example, an administrator who notices that the parking occupancy is not optimal while the users do not have enough credits to use it, can consider increasing the number of credits allocated to them. Conversely, an administrator who notices that the same users often use the parking may want to decrease the number of credits allocated in order to allow for a better rotation.
Who can manage allowance policies ?
In order to manage allowance policies you need the parking admin permission.
How to modify an allowance policy
- Click on "Settings" in the menu on the left of the screen
- Click on "Allowance Policy" in the underlying menu
- Click on the "Edit" button to the right of the allocation policy you wish to modify
- Make the necessary changes:
- Name of the allocation policy
- The number of credits that will be assigned to users each period
- Click "Confirm" to save these changes
