Definition: A fleet vehicle is a vehicle (car, bike, etc.) belonging to an organisation. It is available to users of the organisation who have received the authorisation to use that vehicle.

1. What are fleet vehicles?
Izix provides your organisation with a tool to manage the availability and access of shared company vehicles.
There are two types of vehicles in Izix:
- Personal vehicles linked to individual profiles;
- Fleet vehicles belonging to the organisation, divided into groups, that can be used by authorised profiles
Fleet vehicles are shared vehicles that are managed by the organisation. They are not linked to a specific profile by default. Depending on the type of vehicle the functionality and access to the parking differs.
2. Which accesses exist for fleet vehicles?
Two accesses exist for fleet vehicles:
- Preferential vehicle access: Access is only possible via ANPR. No specific steps are required for a user to get access to the parking.
- Reservation vehicle access: Access is possible via ANPR and Izix app. In order to get access to the parking, the user must have a valid booking. The booking can be done by the administrator of the organisation or by the user via the web interface.

Go to the Izix web interface available via https://business.bepark.eu/ --> Click on your profile (top right) -> Click on your name -> On the vehicle information tab, book a vehicle
The access to fleet vehicles is managed by your organisation. If you cannot make any reservation, please reach out to your administrator.
